So my little munchkin is now ALL OVER THE PLACE. She is getting into everything. Over the last several weeks, she has mastered the art of opening drawers and cabinets. She is very curious and loves to see what is behind those doors. She is keeping us on our toes. Anyone have any extra cabinet locks?

Tamara's ninos came over today to exchange Christmas gifts. Yes, it has taken us this long because of our crazy schedules. We opened presents, had a great dinner, laughed, played games and tried to watch "24" but by the time Robert changed the channel from the SC vs UCLA game, the Nino's had to leave.....so we saw it later. Love that show!!!

Crazy Saturday!

We had such a busy Saturday. It started with a Baptism for Marc and Artie. They both looked so cute in their white suits. Congratulations you two!! We then moved on to a 1st year birthday party (Julianna's friendLucy). Julianna is the young one of the group. After the party, I drove the kids to my parents house for their "sleep-over". When I got back home, we headed over to my boss' "Sushi-Making Party". Food was great and the evening was so fun. We played Pictionary and of course, the Girls won. We then left the party and headed on over to Hermosa Beach to watch the B-side players. Our evening ended at around 3am with a trip down memory lane "Tommy Burger". Whew! At least we had no kids for the night so we got to sleep in. That was great!

Growing up

Julianna is now 9 1/2 months old.

• She has two bottom teeth (came in at 8 months)
• Crawls everwhere but would rather walk (with assistance)
• Talks alot (da da da da da da da da da) - no first words yet
• Sleeps from 7-7
• Loves real food - especially beans, bannanas, and vegetables.
• Favorite toys - remote controls, cell phones and keys.

We woke up to a house full of family and got ready to walk to the corner to watch the Rose Bowl Parade. It was quite a warm day but it was beautiful. Luckily we could walk back home any time we wanted. After the parade, we sat on our front lawn like the Mexican family that we are and ate home-made menudo. Can't get more Mexican than that. We had a great time!

Ringing in the New Year in Style

2008 was a glim year for many. So we celebrated its ending in style, a lobster and prime rib fest! Yum!!! Nothing like great food to start things off right. It also doesn't hurt to have a great chef - Danny - to make the best lobster I've ever had. I wont be eating lobster at a restaurant ever again, his was so good. Im looking forward to having it again SOON! Thanks Danny!
