Happy Birthday Danny

We had the Alva's over for a small bday dinner for Danny. As usual, we had a really nice time. Robert made delicious Steak au Poivre (filet mignon cooked french style), asparagus, salad and one of our delicious bottles of wine Quintessa 1999. Yum, yum. The evening was great. We also finally realized that as long as we keep the girls from playing competitive games, the get along so much better!

Worm Family

We took advantage of the nice weather and started some winter/spring gardening. I guess our soil is pretty healthy because there were so many worms. Tamara helped me by moving the worms to one side so that I wouldn't kill them while I planted our plants. It was quite an exciting time as Tamara played family with the worms.

Luckilly, Julianna doesn't get too upset when I leave for work. She gets to hang out with her Abue during the day. Here she is sending me on my way.

Happy Birthday Savannah!

Our little Savannah is now 3 years old. Its amazing how time just passes us by so quickly. We all had such a great time seeing our kids enjoy each others company. What a great way to spent your childhood.

We celebrated Damian's 35th birthday today at the Yard House. We all had a nice time hanging out with family.

My mom had a doctor's appointment this morning so I brought Julianna in to work with me. She spent her time reading medical magazines and saying hi to my co-workers. We both had a great time.

Bday dinner

I had a great birthday dinner today with some great friends, great food and great wine. Thank you all for coming and celebrating with me!


Julianna stayed awake to visit with her ninos for a few minutes. Then it was off to bed at 6:30 so we could start the festivities.
