Disneyland

We had such a great day at Disneyland. The weather was great, there were no lines, the kids had fun and there were no issues. What a great way to end the summer.

Last day of Tom Sawyer Camp

Tamara had such a great time at Tom Sawyer Camp this summer. She spent 3 weeks swimming, horseback riding, hiking, making forts and learning archery among many other things. She has learned so much this summer and has grown as a person. We will definitely be doing camp again next summer.

Me at 30 weeks

30 weeks and counting down. Baby is small and so am I. She is at the 27%. My back is killing me and am having to see a Physical Therapist. Hopefully this gets better soon.

Growing Up

My little Julianna is 2 years and 5 months now and she has grown up so much. She behaves like a 4 year old. She plays with the big kids and carries herself like a big kid. She loves to ride her tricycle and play with water toys. She brushes her teeth by herself. She loves to have her hair combed nice. She still wears diapers but has been going pee in the potty when prompted. Her strongest personality trait is that she is a clown like her grandpa Bob. She loves to use silly words and then laugh and laugh. She is incredibly silly. She is easy going and not very shy. She started pre-school in the summer and loves it when she is there but cries when you leave her in the morning. Its so nice to see her grow up.

Tom Sawyer Camp

Tamara starts Tom Sawyer Camp today and it will go on for the next three weeks. She has been so excited to start. She woke up early today, got dressed and was ready to go. She was so cute! The Tom Sawyer van picks her up every morning at around 8:15 and off she goes. She spends the day making new friends, playing camp games, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, learning secret oaths & handshakes, making forts and looking for treasures. All the while getting incredibly muddy and dirty and coming home all nice an black with caked on mud. Sure wish I could go! Anyways, she gets dropped off at around 5 pm and she is completely exhausted! What else could you ask for. It has made our lives sooo great!!

Meet Kai-lan

We went to the zoo today to meet Kai-Lan, one of Tamara's and Julianna's favorite cartoon characters. We had a nice time enjoying this great weather.
